Discovery Consultation

Your consultation is a relaxed, one-to-one session designed to understand you, your lifestyle, and your fitness goals. We’ll have an open chat about what you want to achieve, any previous training experience, injuries, or barriers that may have held you back in the past.

I’ll explain how I can support you with the right training approach, structure, and accountability to help you progress safely and confidently. We’ll also carry out some simple baseline assessments (height, weight, waist to hip ratio, BMI) to give us a starting point and help track your progress over time.

By the end of the consultation, you’ll have a clear plan, realistic goals, and a better understanding of how your training will be tailored to you.

Kids Class Drop In

Our Kids Bootcamp for ages 8–12 is a high-energy, fun-filled class that builds strength, confidence, and teamwork.
